No-shows and cancellation without sufficient notice prevents us from being able to provide the time to service all of our clients. 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of appointment to avoid receiving a 50% charge for the scheduled appointment time. We understand that sometimes inconveniences may occur, thus ALL APPOINTMENTS HAVE A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD.
